2011 is fast becoming recognised as the year that Bass took over the world. Garage is seeing its most notable revival since its domination of the charts at the turn of the century, Drum ‘n’ Bass continues to frequent the Radio 1 playlist and the success of Dubstep doesn’t look like its coming to a halt any time soon. So with the summer on the horizon it is only fair that we let The Cut Up Boys out of their cage to create some of the biggest custom-made collaborations in dance music. Where else would you find Luck & Neat in tandem with Tiesto & Diplo or an Alex Gaudino flowing over a Flux Pavillion production?! The RTE 2fm Electric Disco Album Tour with Jenny Greene

RTE 2fm and The Electric Disco with Jenny Greene continue to take Ireland's hottest clubs across the country by storm. Following the huge success of The Electric Disco Radio show hosted by Jenny Greene every Saturday night, Jenny has released "The Electric Disco Album". A brand new Double CD jam packed with Electric Disco favorites. To celebrate the release of the new album Jenny will be Touring Ireland as part of "The Electric Disco Album Tour" and will be visiting the country's hotspots.

The Electric Disco Album with Jenny Greene is in shops from Friday 6th November.

Dance music has grown from humble roots to become an accepted and credible part of the worldwide music industry. Its beginnings, like many music genres, were small, however it is now one of the biggest and most vibrant sectors within the youth music market across the globe. Godskitchen typifies the history and growth of dance music.

Godskitchen has grown to be an international clubbing super power. 2009 has seen Godskitchen continue to expand its international portfolio and unveil the eagerly anticipated Godskitchen Boombox which wowed crowds and critics alike in Poland, Belarus, South Africa, Russia and many other countries. It looks set to cause a stir in several other territories due to consumer and artist demand.

Hedkandi

Hed Kandi is a UK-based record label and a music brand which was established in 1999 by Mark Doyle, specializing in commercial house music. Hed Kandi's catalogue includes both artist albums and various genres of club compilations.

The name is a modified spelling of "head candy", reminiscent of the expression eye candy.

In January 2006, Hed Kandi Records was acquired by the UK record company Ministry of Sound for an undisclosed sum[1]. Since then, Mark Doyle and his team created a new record label, Fierce Angel. The leadership of Hed Kandi was taken over by Dan Baxter, who had previously worked for the label/brand when it was owned by UK media company, the Guardian Media Group. As of 2009 the Hed Kandi brand, together with Ministry of Sound, belongs to the MSHK Group.[2]

In March 2007, Hed Kandi opened a Beach Bar in Egypt's Red Sea coastline resort of Hurghada city[3]. This added to their portfolio by branching in to venues.

The Hed Kandi label has branched out extensively since its debut in 1999 and now includes a clothing and fragrance franchise. It has also partnered with Monarch Airlines to offer flights to Ibiza under the FlyKandi brand, created by the Hed Kandi team.

a world career is a little bit unbelievably but true!
That a boy from the Niederrhein produces pop melody`s who are going around the planet through clubs and charts is one of the big success stories of German pop music. After now just twelve years of big success and 17 million international sold CD`s are all the hits together on one album. SASH!Best Of (10 th Anniversary) All the songs entered the charts around the World almost everywhere in the top ten positions. SASH! Made a trip into the BusinessClass of the charts where normally only Madonna, Ricky Martin or U2 getting the top spots.

Front man Sascha Lappessen was born in June 1970 in Nettetal near Mönchengladbach. At the tender age of six, Sascha had joined SC Lobberich .At twelve he scored 65 goals in just one season. and he received an attractive offer from Borussia Mönchengladbach, but his father put a stop to this professional soccer career by refusing to take his son to training sessions far off several times a week. So Sascha stayed a lot of his free time at home and spend most of it with fooling around an organ, which he had received as a present at nine. Smart and sassy, he soon discovered that he was able to improve his pocket money with his musical talent. Every year he went on a skiing holiday with his parents and he found out to his delight that the other hotel guests would pay huge tips as soon as he started playing little songs on his organ.

After a professional training as power electronics engineer Sascha worked as a lightjockey and discjockey in a big club in Germany. Soon he met his future production partners Thomas Alisson and Ralf Kappmeier. The first song in 1994 of this three friends was called CARECAINDIAN RAVE. After a small success they met up again one year later and started a new song under a new name. SASH! was borne. The first single IT`S MY LIFE came out in 1995 and became straight a club hit all over Europe.

But the big breakthrough came with ENCORE UNE FOIS in 1996. A perfect mix from progressive House, trance beats, and of course Pop sounds. After this one hit came after the other. ECUADOR, STAY, LA PRIMAVERA, MYSTERIOUS TIMES, MOVE MANIA, COLOUR THE WORLD, ADELANTE, JUST AROUND THE HILL and WITH MY OWN EYES, GANBAREH, RUN, I BELIEVE, RAINDROPS. The SASH! Team worked with a lot of different vocalists like Adrian Rodriguez, Shannon, Tina
Cousins, Dr. Alban, Sarah Brightman and Boy George.
They worked as well in a lot of different languages like Spanish, French, Italian or African. SASH! Is not only successful in Europe, no, as well in the USA (diverse number one hits in the Hot 100 Billboard Dance Charts) in New Zealand, Russia, Australia, South Africa and Japan. Because of the good sound of the SASH! Productions, a lot of famous artists like Jean Michel Jarre, 2 Unlimited, Todd Terry, OMD or Kylie Minougue asked to remix their songs. Now after 12 years of SASH! and selling more then 17 Million CD`s the new Album did reach already Gold status in the United Kingdom.

So 2009 will be again a big SASH! Year with new singles, and again a new album!!! But like in the tradition with all the big producers is Sascha Lappessen still a person who doesn`t like VIP Partys and all this glamour, no he is enjoying the perfect form of glory . Living in silence, in his new house with swimming pool and sauna………but not in London, New York or Monte Carlo,... ...he still lives in Nettetal.

Ministry Of Sound

Inspired by New York’s Paradise Garage, Ministry of Sound’s London nightclub was the brainchild of DJ Justin Berkmann, who set out to create London’s first club devoted to the US house music scenes of New York, Chicago and Detroit, with a room purely dedicated to sound. He stated: "My concept for Ministry was purely this: 100% sound system first, lights second, design third (in that order); the reverse of everyone else’s idea."

Ministry of Sound holds around 800 events across the globe every year, attended by over 900,000 people, in nightclubs, festivals and parties. It has also expanded its network of own-brand venues with nightclub franchises in Papa's Beach Club, Sekalla, Hurghada, Egypt (opened in 2005) and Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (launched on 2 July 2008).
